Membership renewals will begin in October and are due January 1 of the new year. Memberships that have not been renewed by Feb 14 will be flagged as inactive and lose all access privileges.

- Annual renewal for Associate membership is $40 (spouse or child at the same address)

- Club rules
- These rules must be reviewed annually and acknowledged on the membership form that you understand and will adhere to the range rules. Violation of the range rules may result in suspension or cancellation of your access privileges to the ranges.

- The renewal form must be complete and your current complete mailing address since you will receive your membership card by this address
- Mail with your cheque (if paying by cheque)
- Hand to Treasurer Gordon Hryhirchuk at the AGM or monthly meeting
- e-Mail PDF to tofieldgunclub@outlook.com – subject line includes the current year, membership number and your name
- A card will be mailed to you once payment has been received
